We offer a follow-up training session for Atlantis users. After finishing the training, participants will be able to use the full potential of the Atlantis environment.

PARTICIPATING IN A TRAINING SESSION AT DEVENTIT

The follow-up session is specifically geared to Atlantis users who want to get more in-depth knowledge about the Atlantis platform. We will form groups of participants from different organisations who will attend the training together. We have a dedicated training facility at our office in Bunschoten-Spakenburg, centrally located in the Netherlands, and we will do everything we can to offer an excellent training experience.

  • Schedule

    The training session starts at 9:30 am and ends at about 4:30 pm. Lunch will be around 12:00 pm. We will arrange for fresh sandwiches and soft drinks/juices. We will inquire about any special dietary needs on the training day.

  • Rates and cancellations

    The cost for this one-day training is €350.- per person (excl. of VAT). Cancellations are possible and free of charge if made up to 5 working days before the scheduled training date.

  • The training session is very practical for Atlantis users who have some experience in working with Atlantis

  • Applying and registering copyrights
  • Understanding and applying authorisations
  • Creating multimedia selections that can be downloaded or emailed

  • Evaluating file types and qualities
  • Use of presentation profiles
  • Application of download resolutions
  • Working with the image viewer
  • Tagging scans
  • Use of the storage function in the E-Depot (if applicable)
  • Generating reports and overviews
  • Using lists with selections and choices, and thesauruses (if applicable)
  • Applying category and headings
  • Introduction to the screen builder and dynamic fields
  • Creating segments
  • Select forms for entry
  • Working with Full Audit
